In case of technical errors, duplicate charges, or service issues on our side, we will review and may issue a partial or full refund.

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from false, incomplete, or delayed client information.

Our services provide sustainability guidance based on recognized standards. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

Sahio Consulting OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, materials, or website. We make no guarantees of specific financial results, cost savings, or business outcomes. Results may vary depending on each client’s actions and circumstances. Sahio Consulting OÜ is not responsible for misuse of our materials, or for decisions made by clients based on our services without appropriate professional advice.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Greenwashing & Ethical Standards

We reserve the right to decline or terminate work with clients involved in activities contrary to our ESG Integrity Statement (including arms manufacturing, tobacco, fossil fuel extraction, hunting, or hate-based ideologies).

We also reserve the right to refuse services where claims are misleading or in violation of greenwashing regulations.

9. Privacy

At present, Sahio Consulting OÜ does not collect personal data through this website, nor do we use cookies or tracking tools.

If you contact us directly (for example by email), we will only use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and deliver requested services.

We do not share, sell, or transfer personal data to third parties, except where required by law.
